We'll talk through your running order well in advance: ceremony music, drinks reception, dinner background, speeches, cutting the cake, first dance and the evening set. Nothing gets left to chance on the day.

Sennheiser radio mics are provided for the speeches, so every guest at the back of the room hears them clearly. The Nexo PA is scaled to your venue, not blasted at it.

Send me your must-plays and your absolute do-not-plays. I'll build the night around them and read the floor from there — that's where the live-performance background earns its keep.

The first dance is only the start of it. I'll lead the room from cutting the cake through to welcoming you both onto the floor as husband and wife, then invite family and friends to join you — which is the moment an empty floor fills in seconds.

Music for the ceremony itself is booked separately. It's usually four or five tunes you choose between you — guests taking their seats, your entrance, signing the register and walking back out — and if the ceremony is in another room it needs a system of its own. It's the part of the day that has to be right first time, so tell me early and I'll quote for it.
